4 large peaches

2 tbsp. of sugar
Peel the peaches from bones, cut each into 8 slices. In a large skillet, melt the butter, add sugar and stir. Add the peaches and cook until the sugar has melted about 3-5 minutes. This yummy is perfect for salads and for dessert - with ice cream and caramel topping TM Shchedryk.
