For home puff pastry
200 g butter TM Shchedryk
2 cups of flour
1 tbl.sp. of salt
100 ml of cool water
Filling for pies
3-4 large onios
3 eggs
cheese "Rivne" TM Shchedryk 200-300 g
Preparation
Knead batter using oil rectangles. If possible, leave dough in the refrigerator overnight. For the filling fry the onion half-rings, chill. Beat eggs. Salt, pepper, grated cheese and fried onions, mix with eggs. The stuffing is ready!
Form a cake. Half of the dough roll out thinly, place on a baking sheet the laid parchment, put the stuffing. The rest of dough roll too close stuffing. The edges gently "pinch". Brush with egg, sprinkle with whole coriander and Italian herbs. Bake for 25-35 minutes at 200°C. This cake is perfect as a main dish or as a cool replacement sandwiches on holiday table.
