Preparation

Just cut the cheese into rectangular pieces 1 cm thick and fry grilled, breaded, breadcrumbs or flour on both sides. You can fry in olive oil or butter to choose from. Very tasty with cranberry sauce, in salads, or with tomatoes and pesto. Our cheese "Adyghe" is made from specially selected milk, it has a delicate creamy taste and keeps its shape during cooking!
