Apple tart with condensed milk

for the dough

100 g of butter TM Shchedryk

a pinch of salt

200 g of flour

6 tablespoons.of ice water

For the filling need

75 g of sugar

4 sweet apple

50 g of butter TM Shchedryk

1 tsp of cinnamon (or vanilla to taste)

400 g of boiled condensed milk TM Shchedryk

2 eggs


Oil, flour and salt whip in a blender to the state crumbs, then add water. Knead the dough, roll out, put in a layer form, often pierce the bottom with a fork. For the filling, melt the sugar in a frying pan to a state of caramel, add a little hot water and stir the syrup. Put the syrup diced apples, spice to taste, and cook over medium heat until the juice from the apples evaporates. Add the butter and mix gently, then let the mixture cool. Boiled condensed milk with whisk with eggs to fill state. Meanwhile, in a preheated 200 °C oven bace for about 15 minutes. Into the prepared tarts put the apples and fill with condensed milk. Bake a cake at 180 °C for 40 minutes, until the filling will not be similar to creme brulee.
