Buckwheat pancakes with ham and semisolid cheese
500 ml of milk TM Shchedryk
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
100 g of wheat flour
100 g of buckwheat flour
2 tbsp of butter
3 eggs
For filling
350 g of ham
300 g of cheese "Rivne" or "Mozzarella" TM Shchedryk
4 tbsp of butter TM Shchedryk for frying
Preparation
For the dough, whisk all ingredients in a blender. Let the mixture stand for 30 minutes and bake thin pancakes. The secret: just fold the pancakes on a plate placed in a plastic bag and close the bag once the entire structure. Thus pancakes will be very gentle and does not dry out. For the stuffing chop the ham thin strips. Cheese rub on a small grater. In the middle of each pancake lay out 2 tablespoons of the filling and fold the envelope. Before serving, fry them in a hot skillet with butter on both sides until golden brown and serve immediately.
