Cheese soup with white wine

500 ml of chicken broth

100 g of cheese TM Shchedryk "Rivne"

75 ml of white dry wine

1 tbsp. of wheat flour

2 egg yolks

30 g of butter TM Shchedryk (20 for the preparation of garlic oil)

2 tbsp. of sour cream TM Shchedryk

1 clove of garlic

pinch ground nutmeg

salt and pepper to taste

favorite herbs

and fresh baguette!


Crush the garlic and mix with the melted butter in a water bath, the mixture grease baguette slices and bake it in a well preheated oven for 5-10 minutes. 30 g of butter for the soup, melt in a medium saucepan, add the flour and fry a little. Pour into the pan hot chicken broth and stir until smooth. Add the wine, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and add the finely grated cheese. Knead until the cheese melts. Egg yolks, mix with sour cream and pour this mixture into the soup. Stir the mixture, add the nutmeg, salt and pepper. Before serving, heat a little and add the croutons and chopped greens.
