Beet carpaccio
2 small heads of beet
packaging of feta TM Shchedryk
pepper, Provencal herbs
pine nuts

Preparation
Boil the beets and, if you have time, bake it in the oven. Cooked beets slice very thinly. Grind feta with a fork and place a teaspoon of cheese on each ring of beet. Sprinkle with Provencal herbs and freshly ground black pepper. Complete the dish with fried pine nuts and a pattern of thick balsamic vinegar.
