Fruits cupcakes
300 g of apricots
200 g flour
50 g of semolina
2 tsp of baking powder
a pinch of salt
75 g of butter TM Shchedryk

125 ml TM Shchedryk maple syrup
2 eggs
175 ml of milk TM Shchedryk
50 g of ground almonds
powdered sugar to taste
Preparation
To begin, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Fruits Wash, remove seeds and cut into pieces of 1 cm, and dry the almonds in a frying pan. Flour, semolina, baking powder. A pinch of salt, sift through a sieve. Melt butter, add to it the sugar, maple syrup and eggs and mix well. Along with milk, add to the flour mixture and beat with a blender, then add the almonds into the dough and fruit pieces. The molds for cupcakes fill them with dough and bake for 25-30 minutes. When the cupcakes have cooled, decorate them with icing sugar.
