Balkan courgette fritters with cheese
1 courgette
2 tbsp. spoons of semolina
1/2 cup of cream TM Shchedryk
1 egg
2 tbsp. of grated cheese TM Shchedryk
4 tbsp. of sour cream TM Shchedryk
3 tbsp. of sunflower oil
1/2 hours. Baking soda
1 tsp. of vinegar
Salt, to taste sugar
salad yogurt TM Shchedryk (feed)
Preparation
Purified squash cut into small slices. Pour the cream to the semolina and stir well, cook over low heat until tender. Add sugar and salt to taste, put out the baking soda with vinegar, whisk together the egg, grated cheese and mix the dough. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes and cook like regular pancakes. Serve with yogurt.
