Sauce «Bechamel» with cheese

200 g of semi-solid cheese ("Rivne" or "Mozzarella") TM Shchedryk

2 tbsp. of flour

2 tbsp. of butter TM Shchedryk

200 ml of milk TM Shchedryk

pepper and salt to taste


Mix the grated cheese with the flour and melted butter, melt the mixture, stirring constantly over medium heat. Bring the mass to the consistency of thick cream, pepper and salt. Then slowly pour in the milk, stirring the sauce, bring to a boil, boil for a few minutes and remove from heat. Serve hot.
