Casserole with cheese and pumpkin

200 g of purified pumpkin

500 g of cottage cheese "Nadugi" TM Shchedryk

3/4 cup of semolina

2 cups TM Shchedryk milk (can substitute water)

3/4 cup of kefir TM Shchedryk (optionally can be replaced by a 15% of our sour cream)

1 cup of sugar

2 tablespoons of melted butter TM Shchedryk

Preparation

Pour into a saucepan 2 cups of milk or water, bring to a boil, pour the semolina and cook porridge viscous. Pumpkin cut into cubes and cook until soft in butter in a frying pan. Cottage cheese mixed with yogurt or sour cream, add the sugar and whisk well. Add semolina, pumpkin and mix gently. The form of grease vegetable oil and sprinkle a little with dry semolina.
