Orange-chocolate cake with a spicy cognac aroma

4 eggs

150 g of sugar

0.5 tsp. of salt

100 g of wheat flour

bar of dark chocolate

20 g of vanilla sugar

1.5 tsp. of baking powder


2 oranges

1 cup of sugar

200 g butter TM Shchedryk

Biscuits recommend to impregnate with syrup with taste tiramisu, to do this you will need

30 ml of syrup TM Shchedryk "Tiramisu"

120 ml of warm water

2 tbsp. of brandy


Butter at room temperaturewhisk with 50 g of sugar and vanilla sugar, add melted dark chocolate. Then add one yolk, rubbing well. In the mass stir in the sifted flour with baking powder and whipped proteins with the remaining sugar. Bake in the form from 20 cm in diameter for 30 minutes at 180 °C. To make the cream, wash the orange, fill with water and boil for 5 minutes, drain the water, repeat 3 times. Cover with water and boil for 15 minutes, then drain the water, cut the oranges, remove the pits. Fruits grind in a blender and whisk butter with sugar until fluffy mass. Then mix the chilled citrus puree with butter. For impregnating syrup dissolve in water and add brandy. Sponge cake cut into three layers, each soak the with syrup and smear cream. Finished pour the cake with toppings "extra black chocolate" or "Orange" from TM Shchedryk (or both).
