For dough
400 g of flour
1 packet of baking powder
half a cup of sugar

For filling

4 eggs
Sugar 200 g
250 g sour cream 15% fat TM Shchedryk
2 tbsp. of semolina
1 packet of vanilla sugar
4 apples
Preparation
For the filling, mix cottage cheese with sour cream, semolina, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Apples grate and add to the stuffing. For the dough, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder.
