Cheesecake with dried plums

200 g of flour

3 eggs

100 g of butter TM Shchedryk

2 tbsp. of milk

50 ml of syrup TM Shchedryk "Black currant"

200 grams of curd with prunes TM Shchedryk

200 g pitted prunes

50g of sugar

30 g hazelnut (filbert)

a bag of vanilla sugar.


Soak prunes in syrup for a few hours, you can add a table spoon of alcohol. Chilled butter, grate, mix with the flour, add chopped roasted nuts and 25 grams of sugar. Add protein, pour the milk and knead the dough. Roll out the dough, giving it a round shape, are distributed in the form of a diameter of 20-23 cm. Necessarily shape bumpers to the filling does not leak. Mix curd with sugar, add 2 eggs and 1 yolk, whisk. Put prunes in the basis of the dough and pour the curd mass. Bake at 180 °C, 40-45 minutes.
