Your perfect recipe

Dietetic cottage cheese and oatmeal pancakes
100 g of "Nadugi" TM Shchedryk (this is low-fat cottage cheese 3%)
200 ml of yogurt 2.5% TM Shchedryk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. of brown sugar (stevia can be replaced at will)
1/3 tsp. of baking soda
100 g of oat flour (or ground oatmeal)
100 g of wheat or rye flour (suitable as corn or rice)
150-200 ml of boiling water
3-4 tbsp. butter
a pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
Cottage cheese put in a bowl, add salt, cinnamon, sugar and baking soda, mix, pour the yogurt and mix well again. Add to the dough 2 eggs and gradually add flour. Boiling water dilute to the dough to the desired consistency, add the butter and whisk again. Fry the pancakes on a hot pan on both sides (before the first pancake grease the pan with oil).
