Your perfect recipe

Jelly made from strawberry jam
- 1 jar of TM Shchedryk strawberry jam
- 400 ml of water
- mint leaves 300 g of sweet yogurt with no filler TM Shchedryk
- 1 tspn gelatin
- 50 ml of water
Preparation
Gelatin fill with water and leave until swelling. Preheat, stirring and not bringing to a boil, until gelatin is completely dissolved. Most of the jam mop in puree and whip with yogurt. Pour a thin trickle of 2/3 gelatin solution and mix. Put in a silicone mold or any other, covered with food film. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Decorate with jam, what remains, with mint leaves and the berries with the remnants of a gelatin solution. Put in the refrigerator until it is completely solidified.
