Yoghurt-cheese jelly

100 g of black currants or cherries pitted (can be more)

200 g cottage cheese "Naduhy" TM Shchedryk

200 g of yogurt TM Shchedryk

120 g of sugar cane

17 g gelatin (50 g cold water)

TM Shchedryk topping of your choice


Allow the gelatin to swell and melt it in a water bath. Berries little thawed and whisk in a blender with 50 grams of sugar. Strain through a sieve to jelly was uniform and gentle. Cottage cheese, beat with sugar and yogurt in a blender until sugar is dissolved. Pour the warm gelatin. Pour the mixture into the mold. Let stand in a refrigerator for 30 minutes. Before serving, place the mold briefly in hot water, on the edges to hold a knife and transfer to a plate. To make the cake (jelly) more tastier, pour it with topping TM Shchedryk to your taste! We recommend extrablack chocolate, caramel, vanilla, berries, peach or banana.
