Baked apples with jam and sweet cheese
- 4 apples (big ones)
- 0.5 glass of nuts
- 2 yolks
- 1 glass TM Shchedryk jam "Pear with dogwood"
- 150 g of sweet cheese mass TM Shchedryk (we recommend vanilla)
Preparation
Prepare the filling: half the amount of nuts, chop and mix with the cheese mass, sliced through a sieve, jam, raw yolks. Wash the apples, cut the fourth part and carefully remove the core with a spoon or knife. Get the cavity filled with cheese filling. Stuffed apples in a frying pan or on a baking tray, cover with foil, put in an oven heated to a temperature of 190 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes. Fold the apples on the dish or portions of the vases, pour it with powdered sugar and decorate the remaining nuts and jam. Immediately submit to the table.
