Cottage cheese casserole without flour
- 500 g of Nadugy cheese TM Shchedrik
- 3 eggs
- 5 tsp semolina
- 200 g of sour cream TM Schedrik
- a pinch of salt
- 0.5 tsp soda (extinguished vinegar)
- butter TM Shchedrik (for lubrication of molds)
- syrup "French vanilla" TM Schedrik instead of sugar and vanillin
- strawberry jam TM Schedrik to taste
Preparation
Whip the cheese with a semolina, eggs, sour cream, syrup to taste, soda and salt in a homogeneous mass. Add strawberry jam to the mass. Pour the dough into a greased and mashed form. Bake in an oven at a temperature of 180 degrees to a light brown. Before serving, decorate the berries of strawberries from jam.
