Plum cobbler

For filling:

300 g of plums

2 small apples

1/3 cup of sugar

1 tbsp. of starch

For the dough:

1 cup of flour

1 cup of sugar

60 grams of very cold butter TM Shchedryk

¾ cup of yogurt TM Shchedryk

a pinch of baking soda

1 tbsp. of baking powder

a handful of nuts to taste to decorate


Flour, baking soda and sift through a sieve, add salt and sugar, mix well. Next, add the butter, previously cut into small pieces. Rub the dough into crumb with hands. Pour yogurt and knead the dough for consistency it should be like dough for pancakes. Prepare stuffing - Wash apples, peel and chop into small pieces and place in a baking tin, greased with butter. Then wash the plums, remove seeds and cut into oblong slices, put into a form. Fruits sprinkle with sugar and starch, and directly in the form of mix, and pour the batter on top. Sprinkle with nuts and bake a cake at 180 °C 40-45 min.
