Oatmeal cookie with honey

300 ml of leaven TM Shchedryk

300 g of oat flakes

honey to taste

ground cinnamon

sunflower and flax seeds


Oat flakes (not quick cooking), pour the leaven and leave for half an hour to soften. Add the honey, cinnamon and knead, then add the seeds. Put on on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 180-200 °C.
