Carrot miniburgers

(for 10 mini-burgers):

1 baguette

2 large carrots

200 grams of cheese "Rivne" TM Shchedryk

2 eggs

2 tbsp. of corn flour

10 lettuce leaves

10 tsp. of salad sauce TM "Fresh Dressing" "+ Ginger Sesame"


Cook the carrots in their skins in salted water. Then cut 10 baguette slices and drain them in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Carrots clean, cheese grate, then add the eggs and mix well "mince." Form 10 mini-burgers, roll them in flour and fry on a greased grill (or pan) until golden brown on both sides. Apply a drop of sauce onto a piece of baguette, place a lettuce leaf on top - hot carrot-cheese burger, and on top of it - the rest of the salad dressing. Decorate burger with sesame seeds, if desired.
