Author's recipe for pumpkin porridge from Mariia Rudomska

  • one pack (1 kg) of steamed rice
  • 200 g (a glass) of cream 10% of TM Schedryk
  • one milk package of TM Schedryk
  • one big pumpkin
  • dried apricots and raisins - on handfuls
  • butter of TM Schedryk for cooking rice and greasing the pot
  • cloves (several pieces)
  • cinnamon (to taste)
  • honey (about 200 g)
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • secret ingredient - orange peel in spicy syrup of TM Schedryk (a jar)
