Brinza: Spicy Mediterranean recipe
4 cloves of garlic
10 pitted black olives
1 sprig of rosemary or a few pinches of dry
0.5 cups of white dry wine
1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
1 cup of vegetable oil (optional to taste) and black pepper peas
Onions cut into 4-6 pieces, garlic and olives cut in half. In the bank spread layers: onions, garlic, black pepper, olives, rosemary and cheese cubes. Mix the wine, vinegar and oil and pour with this marinade. Allow cheese in the refrigerator for several days.
This appetizer is incredibly suited to the bread and wine, or in salads.
