- 150 g strawberry jam TM Shchedryk
- 1 l of water
- 150 g of sugar
- 10 g of fresh ginger (can be replaced with dry)
- 1 tsp dry yeast
Grind the strawberry jam with a blender. Mix the yeast with a little warm water, wait until the foam is formed.
In warm water, mix sugar, strawberry puree, ginger, water with yeast. The liquid should not reach the edges of the container, put a rubber glove on it and leave it at room temperature for at least a day.
If the room is cool and the fermentation process is not intense, you can leave the drink for 2 days.
Then strain kvass, pour into a bottle with a dense plug, put in a refrigerator.
