Beet pancakes of ryazhenka
2 cups of flour
2 tbsp. of sugar
50 ml of sour milk TM Shchedryk
1 tsp of salt
1.5 cups of milk TM Shchedryk
1 egg
200 g of beet
50 ml of oil.
Preparation
Boil the beets and bake until tender, cut into slices. Chop in a blender with milk. Add the egg and ryazhenka, salt, sugar and flour. Mix well and let stand for about 30 minutes. Fry on medium heat on both sides in a frying pan, buttered.
