Pate white beans with peppers and ricotta

430 g of white beans "kannelini"

2 cups of canned sweet peppers

1 garlic clove

100 g of cheese Rikota TM Shchedryk

half of lemon

salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

  1. Put the beans in a blender (if you have dry, pre-boiled), peppers, ricotta, chopped garlic and fresh lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and grind until smooth puree. Serve with crusty bread, pita bread or crackers.
