Potato pancakes

6 potatoes

2 tbsp. of salted butter TM Shchedryk

1 egg

TM 1/2 cups of milk Shchedryk

2 tbsp. of flour

salt and pepper to taste

10 g of dry yeast

Sour cream TM Shchedryk

Preparation

Boil potatoes in salted water, mince, add the melted butter, eggs, flour, milk, yeast and salt and pepper. Roast as regular pancakes, serve with sour cream or cranberry sauce.
