100 g of corn grits

180 g cream TM Shchedryk (desirable drain overnight)

200 ml milk TM Shchedryk

100 grams of cheese TM Shchedryk

150 grams of fat with a meat layer (for greaves)

salt to taste.


In a saucepan pour a little water, bring to a boil, then pour the milk and add the cream. All carefully mix, again bring to a boil and add salt. Add cornmeal and cook until done (the process takes 10-15 minutes).Fry bacon and grate cheese (cheese can also break into small pieces with his hands). Serve with bacon and cheese.
