Your perfect recipe

An authentic shawarma sauce, based on sweet yogurt TM Shchedryk
300 grams of salad yoghurt 6% TM Shchedryk
4 garlic cloves
2 tsp. of coriander
2 tbsp. of lemon juice
2 tsp. of wine vinegar
salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
Finely chop or crush garlic. Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. This is the classic Turkish sauce, which is well suited not only to shawarma, but also for meat, fish and fresh vegetables.
