Cheese butter, of course, the product is of high value and is quite rare because it requires high energy and resource costs. It appeared thanks to the wide absorption of separation methods (fat separation). Documented process for manufacturing such butter is attested to by GOST 1929.

Our natural butter made from cream cheese, so it has that name. What does it mean? It is made by beating cream cheese whey that remains after manufacturing cheese. That is cooked cheese from milk, whey, remove remaining fat and cream are whipped butter.

Fat present, right butter - at least 80%, ideally 82.5%. Consistency - dense plastic with the presence of water droplets. Color uniform, but may vary depending on the season.
