50 ml of Scotch whiskey
15 ml of ginger syrup TM Shchedryk
10 g of ginger
1 egg white
Remove the curl of lemon peel to the glass to decorate. In a shaker pour whiskey, syrup, fresh whole lemon, 2 slices of ginger and white of one egg. Stir for 5 minutes, open the shaker, add ice and whisk again. In the glass put some ice cubes, strain cocktail. Garnish with zest.
