«Cold mint-chocolate coffee»
350 ml of fresh coffee
30 g of dark chocolate
15 ml of syrup "mint green" TM Shchedryk
15 ml of syrup "Chocolate" TM Shchedryk
100 g of ice cream
mint sprig
ice
Preparation
The hot freshly brewed coffee without the thick, melt the chocolate. Cool the mixture and add to it half the ice cream, syrup, a few ice cubes. Shake in a blender, garnish with a cocktail ice cream, grated chocolate and a sprig of mint.
