Cottage cheese casserole without flour

  • 500 g of Nadugy cheese TM Shchedrik
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tsp semolina
  • 200 g of sour cream TM Schedrik
  • a pinch of salt
  • 0.5 tsp soda (extinguished vinegar)
  • butter TM Shchedrik (for lubrication of molds)
  • syrup "French vanilla" TM Schedrik instead of sugar and vanillin
  • strawberry jam TM Schedrik to taste

Preparation

Whip the cheese with a semolina, eggs, sour cream, syrup to taste, soda and salt in a homogeneous mass. Add strawberry jam to the mass. Pour the dough into a greased and mashed form. Bake in an oven at a temperature of 180 degrees to a light brown. Before serving, decorate the berries of strawberries from jam.
