200 grams of curd with prunes TM Shchedryk

200 g pitted prunes

50g of sugar

30 g hazelnut (filbert)

a bag of vanilla sugar.

Preparation

Soak prunes in syrup for a few hours, you can add a table spoon of alcohol. Chilled butter, grate, mix with the flour, add chopped roasted nuts and 25 grams of sugar. Add protein, pour the milk and knead the dough. Roll out the dough, giving it a round shape, are distributed in the form of a diameter of 20-23 cm.
