Cake «Sour cream»

100g of butter TM Shchedryk

2 eggs
1 tsp of soda
1 can of condensed milk white TM Shchedryk
1.5 cups the sifted flour
1 tablespoon of dark cocoa
800g of sour cream TM Shchedryk
2/3 cup of powdered sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of cornstarch
1 jar of cherries in syrup

Preparation

Butter room temperature whisk with eggs, add evaporated milk and soda. All mix thoroughly, then add the flour. Divide dough into two parts, into one add cocoa. Pour dough into greased of with oil form (we used 24 cm in diameter), bake at a temperature of 180-200 °C for about 20 minutes (until dry toothpick). Cool the crusts and cut them to get four - two light and two dark. For cream whip the sour cream with vanilla, powdered sugar and starch (if the cream left for the night, you can not add starch). Shortcakes smear with cream, generously shelling out between layers of cherries. Press down cake, spread with cream and put remainder in the refrigerator overnight.
