Salty pancakes with dill, cheese and garlic

1.5 cups of milk TM Shchedryk

1 cup of flour

150 grams of cheese "Adyghe" TM Shchedryk

50 g of cheese TM Shchedryk

2-3 tbsp. of sour cream TM Shchedryk

2 eggs

1 tsp. of baking powder

1 tsp. of sugar

0.5 tsp. of salt

1 garlic clove

50 g of butter TM Shchedryk

1/2 of fennel beam

Preparation

Sift flour with baking powder, add finely chopped dill, crushed garlic and grated cheese mixed with sour cream. Separately, beat the eggs with salt and sugar, add a little warmed milk and whisk again. Add the cheese mixture and pour in the melted butter (25 g). Bake thin pancakes, greasing every damn hot oil. Serve the pancakes hot.
