Chicken sandwich

1-2 chicken breasts

4 cherry tomatoes (can be ordinary tomatoes)

2-4 lettuce leaves

4-5 sprigs of rucola

salted curd TM Shchedryk to taste

4 slices of wholemeal bread

Preparation

Chicken breast on the pan fry until tender over medium heat, let it cool down. Then chop the chicken into thin slices. Slices of bread spread a with salt cheese mass. Then rinse well lettuce, arugula and tomatoes. Tomatoes cut into slices (if the cherry, then in half). Salad lay on cottage cheese, then pieces of chicken, tomatoes and arugula. Top with another slice of bread on. Serve the sandwiches to the table. Bon appetit!
