1 kg of herring

200 g of salad yogurt TM Shchedryk

200 g of sour cream TM Shchedryk

3-4 pieces. of canned cucumbers TM Shchedryk

1 onion

1 apple

dill

Black pepper (to taste).

Preparation

To begin, prepare all the ingredients, herring thoroughly wash, peel, cut greens. Put in a deep bowl yogurt, sour cream, parsley and pepper, mix well. Optionally, you can add a teaspoon of mustard to spice. Apple peel from the skin and cut into small cubes, and chop cucumbers and onions. Apple and vegetables add to the sauce and mix well. Herring fillet cut into pieces, place in the sauce, mix and place into the refrigerator for several hours.
