1 kg of herring
200 g of salad yogurt TM Shchedryk
200 g of sour cream TM Shchedryk
3-4 pieces. of canned cucumbers TM Shchedryk
Black pepper (to taste).
To begin, prepare all the ingredients, herring thoroughly wash, peel, cut greens. Put in a deep bowl yogurt, sour cream, parsley and pepper, mix well. Optionally, you can add a teaspoon of mustard to spice. Apple peel from the skin and cut into small cubes, and chop cucumbers and onions. Apple and vegetables add to the sauce and mix well.
