Salad with feta cheese and tangerines

100 g of fresh mushrooms

100 g of cherry tomatoes

1 cucumber

100 g of cheese TM Shchedryk

2 tangerines

handful of almonds

a bunch of young lettuce

olive oil

Provencal herbs

Preparation

Fry mushrooms in olive oil. Cherry tomatoes cut in half. Cut the cucumber and cheese into small cubes. Tangerine peel and divide into slices, almonds mash. Grind young salad, add all ingredients, sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with Provencal herbs. Before serving, pour the juice from tangerine.
