Meat salad with persimmon

150 g of cheese TM Shchedryk "Rivne" or roll stuffed with meat

100 g of ham

1 persimmon

iceberg lettuce or romaine

1 tsp of mustard

1 tsp of honey

1 tsp of balsamic vinegar

100 g of salad of yogurt TM Shchedryk

salt, pepper, lemon juice (to taste)

Preparation

Cheese and ham cut into cubes, and persimmon thin slices. Hands tear romaine or iceberg lettuce. For the filling whisk mustard, honey and balsamic vinegar until smooth. Mix the sauce with a salad with yogurt, salt, pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and then mix well with the salad ingredients. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
