100 g of butter TM Shchedryk

100 g of brown sugar

1 egg

3-4 tablespoons of syrup "Maple" TM Shchedryk

250 g of wheat flour

0.5 tsp of baking soda

Spice Set (amount can be adjusted to taste): Powdered cinnamon - 1 tsp, ground ginger - 1.5 tsp, nutmeg powder - a pinch, cardamom powder - 0.5 tsp

Preparation

Soft butter, at room temperature whisk with sugar until fluffy mass education. Egg whisk separately, add the syrup, combine the oil-mass and beat with a mixer. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking soda and spices. Connect the dry mass and oil mass and beat until a homogeneous dough. Ready dough in the refrigerator, leave about half an hour (a chilled is easier to work with). Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Remove the batter from the refrigerator and roll out on a surface sprinkled with flour (up to 1-1.5 cm thick). Cut with your favorite molds festive figures. Each batch bake on parchment for 7-10 minutes. You can paint the cookies with glaze, always with the children.
