Polish pie "Mazurka"

1 cup sugar

1 egg

155 g butter TM Shchedryk

125 g sour milk TM Shchedryk

pinch of salt

15 g baking powder dough

5 sweet apples

20 g vanilla sugar

460 g of flour.


Сlean the apples, cut them into thin slices or grate them, add 2/3 cup of sugar and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, 1/3 cup sugar and salt. Add egg, soft butter, fermented baked milk and knead dough. The resulting dough, divide into two parts. Put the rolled dough on the bottom deck and put the stuffing and close with the second sheet of dough. Bake 25-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees. When it is cool down, cut into small squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
