Pie with cottage cheese filling

For the dough:

2 cups of flour

150 g of albumin cheese "Nadugi" TM Shchedryk

2 eggs

3 tbsp. of milk TM Shchedryk

2 tbsp. of sugar

10 g of vanilla sugar

2 tsp. of baking powder

2 tbsp. of butter

Salt to taste.

For filling:

400 g of cherries

200 g of vanilla curd mass TM Shchedryk

3 eggs

2 tbsp. of milk TM Shchedryk

1 tbsp. of semolina

3 tbsp. of sugar

1 tsp. of cinnamon

1 tbsp. l. icing sugar

Preparation

Sift the flour, mix it with baking powder and a pinch of salt. To the curd add eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and thoroughly mix the mass. Then connect the flour and cheese and knead until a soft dough plastic. Place the dough in plastic wrap and roll the ball about 5 mm thick and move it into a pre-greased baking dish, form the edges of the future pie. Bake in a well preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. While the cake is baked, prepare the stuffing. To do this, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, semolina, milk, sugar and whisk well blender. Cherries, wash, dry and clean from the bones. If cherries watery or very juicy, it can be a little blinded with starch. Put the berries in a form with the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and pour the curd on top and then bake for about 40 minutes. at 40 degrees.
