Spicy cheese sauce

3 tbsp. of oil TM Shchedryk

3 tbsp. of flour

½ tsp.of mustard

2 cups of milk TM Shchedryk

salt, ground black pepper to taste

150 g of cheese "Rivne. Agroprocessing" long ripening

chili sauce to taste.


Melt the butter, add the flour, mustard and stir until smooth. Then slowly pour in the milk, stirring to avoid lumps. Boil for 1 minute, until sauce thickens slightly. Add the grated cheese and stir. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper and add the hot sauce.
