Сarrot pancakes

500 g of carrots

1/2 cup of flour to taste, we recommend rice

2 chicken eggs

1 cup of kefir or leaven TM Shchedryk

1/2 tsp of salt

1 tbsp of sugar or honey

5 tbsp of vegetable oil

Preparation

Carrots clean, grate, mix with eggs, sweetener and salt. Add into the resultant mass flour, yogurt or sourdough and knead stiff dough. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and lay out a tablespoon of dough in small portions. Fry the pancakes on both sides. Serve with yogurt TM Shchedryk.
