«Mini-quiche» with zucchini and spinach

For the dough:

100 g of butter TM Shchedryk

150 g of flour

25 ml of milk TM Shchedryk

1/2 tsp of salt

1 tsp baking powder.

For filling:

1/2 zucchini

1 egg

50 g sour cream TM Shchedryk

a small bunch of spinach

50 g of cheese "Rivne" TM Shchedryk

salt and black pepper to taste.

Preparation

Mix the softened butter with the milk, add the flour and baking powder and salt knead the dough. Divide it into several pieces, roll out to a thickness of 2-3 mm and lay into molds, forming cakes with high bumpers. Put to bake in a preheated to 200 °С oven for 5 minutes. Whisk the egg and sour cream, add salt and black pepper. Remove the molds, put into molds zucchini and finely chopped spinach (you can take frozen, pre-pour it with boiling water and squeeze out excess water), cover with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
