4 small cucumbers

package (250 g) of salted curd mass TM Shchedryk to choose (classical salt, garlic and dill, with spring greens and Italian herbs)

2 radishes

herbs (to taste).

Preparation

Wash cucumbers, cut off the tips (if the peel is very thick - clean), cut in half lengthwise. With a tea spoon or knife clean on the inside. Cucumber pulp finely chop and mix with cottage cheese mass. Cucumbers fill with mass, top garnish thinly sliced of radish slices and finely chopped greens.
