5 egg yolks

50 g of butter TM Shchedryk

30 grams of sugar

150 g of boiled condensed milk TM Shchedryk

brown sugar for the caramel

Preparation

In a saucepan, heat the cream with the butter, add the cooked condensed milk, mix well until completely dissolved. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar. Mass with condensed milk and cream bring to a boil, let cool slightly. Then pour into a bowl with the eggs, stirring to avoid lumps formed. Preheat oven to 150 ° C, pour the mixture into the molds. Prepare a water bath - in a baking dish or roasting pan, pour the water. Place the molds in the bath and bake for about an hour, then let cool and refrigerate. For a beautiful caramel crust before serving, sprinkle with sugar and fire (you can do it in the oven in grill mode).
