«Krannach» by Scottish recipe

  • 200 g (cup) of cream 10% TM Shchedryk

  • 2 tbsp.of powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp. of whiskey or a brandy

Preparation

On a dry frying pan fry the oats until browned and "nut" smell. Fry should be on low heat, stirring constantly, to the flakes do not scorched.
